Within the framework of its role as the highest national reference body for governing the Technical and Vocational Education and Training sector, formulating national policies regulating the sector, and strengthening strategic partnerships among its various stakeholders, and as the national umbrella bringing together governmental, private-sector, and civil society institutions working in the sector, a delegation from the National Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training paid a visit to the premises of the Lutheran World Federation. The visit aimed to discuss prospects for joint cooperation and to learn about leading experiences in the fields of vocational training, entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment.

The National Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training held, on Wednesday, 1 July 2026, the meeting of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Sector Working Group at its headquarters in Ramallah, with the participation of representatives from government institutions, the private sector, civil society organizations, development partners, and international organizations supporting the sector.

The National Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training held a consultative workshop to activate the Renewable Energy Sector Skills Council, in the presence of H.E. Prof. Rabeh Morrar, President of the Commission; Eng. Hisham Salama, Vice President of the Commission; and Dr. Imad Salem, with the participation of representatives from relevant government institutions, the private sector, technical and vocational education and training institutions, unions and technical bodies, as well as supporting partners.
