In line with national guidelines for forming sectoral working groups in the country, the Sector Working Group for TVET consists of all technical and social partners, donor institutions, private sector institutions, under the leadership of the NTC as the national umbrella responsible for formulating policies and plans necessary for the TVET sector. Germany acts as the vice-chair being the largest supporter of the sector, and the International Labor Organization (ILO) as the technical partner. The main tasks of this group include:

• Reviewing and evaluating activities and projects implemented in the TVET sector.
• Approving policies and executive plans for sectoral programs, initiatives, and development projects.
