Dr. Ziad Jweiles, the head of the Commission, affirmed that the Commission, as the official umbrella for the vocational and technical education and training sector in the country, is committed to developing national strategic plans to enhance the skills of young men and women and promote entrepreneurship and investment at the core of its priorities.

The President of the Commission, Dr. Ziad Jweiles, discussed today with the project manager at the German Development Bank (KFW) in Jordan, Palestine, and Yemen, Mr. Jan Feiglmann, and the project manager at the bank, Mr. Hans Rieck, and the program coordinator in Ramallah, Engineer Fidaa Abdul Latif, German support for the Commission and its projects and programs, within the project funded by the bank to support the TVET sector.

Dr. Ziad Jweiles, the head of the Commission, Dr. Nasr Attiyani, and Mr. Mohammed Abu Hattab met with the monitoring committee of the strategic plan, Ms. Fatima Asfour, and Mr. Hans Axel from the German Cooperation Foundation (GIZ) team, and Mr. Mazen Hashwa, a consultant from the German company WINS. The meeting discussed the objectives and strategic outcomes of the Commission's work for the coming period and its axes. Agreement was reached on the programmatic objectives and administrative outcomes relevant to the Commission.
