Dr. Rabeh Morrar, President of the National Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NTC), participated today in a meeting held at the Qalqilya Chamber of Commerce to launch the project for equipping the Qalqilya College for Technical Education.

The project was announced by Minister of Education and Higher Education Prof. Dr. Amjad Barham, in the presence of Qalqilya Governor Major General Hussam Abu Hamda, along with a number of officials and representatives of institutions and the private sector.

The project aims to strengthen the technical education system in the governorate and provide students with applied educational and specialized learning opportunities that respond to labor market needs and contribute to serving the local community.
