Dr. Rabeh Morrar, President of the National Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NTC), along with a delegation from the Commission, participated on Monday in the International Peer-Reviewed Scientific Conference entitled “Prospects for Institutional Modernization and Development in the Era of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence in Public and Private Institutions.”

The conference is organized by the Palestinian National School of Administration in partnership with Al-Quds Open University, under the patronage of H.E. Mousa Abu Zaid, Chairman of the Board of the Palestinian National School of Administration, and Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Shaer, President of Al-Quds Open University, with the participation of a distinguished group of researchers, academics, experts, and decision-makers.
