Dr. Rabeh Morrar, President of the National Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NTC), participated today(17-8-2026) in a ministerial tour of Salfit Governorate to assess conditions in the governorate and follow up on the implementation of several government projects.

These include preparations for the completion and finishing works of Bidya Vocational School, valued at USD 1.6 million, as well as the approval of a plot of land for the construction of Al-Harazin Model School.
