The Mayors of Beit Anan, Al-Qubeiba, Qatanna, and Kherbet Umm Al-Lahm participated in the launch of the initiative implemented by the National Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training, the Ministry of Labour, and the Lutheran World Federation, through a vocational awareness meeting in the Northwest Jerusalem area.

The meeting aims to introduce local communities to the available training opportunities and to highlight the prospects of technical and vocational education and training. It was held at the Nursing College Hall in the town of Al-Qubeiba.

During the coming days, field visits to vocational training centres will be organized as part of the follow-up activities.
