The National TVET Commission Launches the Training Program for the Second Cohort of TVET Sector Leaders in Palestine

The National TVET Commission has launched the training program for the second cohort of leaders in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector in Palestine. The program brings together a distinguished group of professionals and leaders from across the sector, with notable participation from the Gaza Strip, reflecting a strong commitment to strengthening national integration and advancing human capital development throughout the Palestinian governorates.

This program is being implemented under the VET4 Social Impact project, a specialized capacity-building initiative in the field of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), funded by the Erasmus+ Programme. The project aims to strengthen and transform TVET ecosystems in Palestine, contributing to improved quality of education and training services while enhancing their social and developmental impact.

The program represents one of the Commission’s strategic initiatives aimed at preparing a new generation of leaders capable of driving institutional transformation, fostering a culture of leadership, excellence, and innovation, and enabling TVET institutions to respond effectively to emerging challenges and the evolving needs of the labor market.

The National TVET Commission emphasized that investing in professional leadership is a fundamental pillar for advancing the TVET sector and strengthening its contribution to economic and social development, while supporting the transition toward a skills-based and knowledge-driven economy.
